Welcome to the official website of the Ivy Rose Community Foundation, Incorporated (IRCF).  For 23 years we have worked to improve the lives and environment of our community members. Through thoughtful and timely-action we have successfully created programs that positively impact our community.

 

Our four-year plan includes continuing our focus on building supportive programs that positively impact the lives of children and youth, families, and adults.
